1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Temp Mail (temp.onl), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Service Description
Temp Mail provides free, disposable temporary email addresses for receiving emails. Each email address is valid for a limited time (typically 1 hour) and is automatically deleted after expiration. The service is intended for temporary use such as website registrations, verifications, and protecting your primary email from spam.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes but is not limited to: sending spam, phishing, distributing malware, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate access to users who violate these terms without prior notice.
4. No Guarantee of Delivery
While we strive to deliver all incoming emails to your temporary inbox, we do not guarantee that every email will be received or displayed. Emails may be lost, delayed, or filtered. Temp Mail should not be used for critical communications where guaranteed delivery is required.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
All temporary email addresses and their associated messages are automatically and permanently deleted after the session expires. We do not archive, back up, or retain any email content beyond the active session period. Once deleted, emails cannot be recovered.
6. Limitation of Liability
Temp Mail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or service interruptions.
7. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to features, availability, and these terms of service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
